CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sold product. We try to share reliable and accurate images and information on the website to help you make an informed decision on the product that you would like to purchase.
All items are inspected by our staff before shipping to check its condition and to ensure that it closely resembles the image listed on the website. We use reliable couriers and delivery systems to ensure that the product reaches you safely. Therefore, we do not take returns.
However, if the product reaches the buyer damaged, we expect the buyer to notify the courier company at the time of delivery (this is very important for us in order to process any refund), immediately get in touch with us and send pictures of the damaged product and packaging to reenaminhasdesigns@gmail.com. All damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and get back to you with the next steps. If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return address. You will need to return the product in its original packaging along with all its contents. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. After the product is returned and inspected by us, we will refund the amount paid by you.
Refund shall be subject to buyer complying with our policies.
Refunds may attract deduction of bank charges, shipping costs, payment gateway charges and/or any other charges that may be applicable towards settling of the refund. These charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund shall be conditional and shall be at the sole discretion of Reena Minhas and with recourse available to Reena Minhas in case of any misuse by buyer.
(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, Reena Minhas holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not reported within the stipulated time period.
All returns should happen within 24 hours of delivery. We will typically issue your refund if approved within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
Return Process
If a buyer elects to return a product (only if met by our Refund Policy norms), the buyer must write to reenaminhasdesigns@gmail.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage within the stipulated time period. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Product shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Reena Minhas shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.
